Intro to Yoga Course
The next available Intro to Yoga Courses scheduled are as follows:

Saturdays, Nov 1st at 12:30 pm with Aphinya (6 spaces available)

$60 for the four sessions (Pre-Registration/Payment is required).
If you are not able to join the Intro Courses because they are full or your schedule does not permit, then your option is to either wait for the next Intro session to begin and/or join the Foundational Classes scheduled throughout each week.
Kids Yoga Room
Take time for your yoga while your children enjoy their own yoga, meditation & mindful activities with a certified kids yoga instructor. Drop off your children while you attend your adult yoga class. If your child has never attended a class at the studio, please arrive early to fill out the release form. Space is limited.
Begins Saturday, Oct 25th. Time: 11am - 12:15pm (Same as Foundational Yoga class)
Price: $5 per child, cash or check. No credit cards. Ages 3-9
Ayurvedic Medicine Classes w Sonam in October
The Ayurvedic Medicine Course with Sonam starts Monday, Oct 13th at 7:00 pm. Cost is $187 for the Course or $36 per session. Private consults are available from 1 pm to 6 pm on Nov 1st.
