Take time for your yoga while your children enjoy their own yoga, meditation & mindful activities with a certified kids yoga instructor. Drop off your children while you attend your adult yoga class. If your child has never attended a class at the studio, please arrive 10-15 mins early to fill out the release form. Space is limited.
Time: 11am - 12:15pm (Same as foundational class)
Price: $5 per child, cash or check. No credit cards. Ages 3-9
