If you are physically injured, this class is for you.
I will only accept 4 people at a time for this class to be effective for your needs. This is not one of my normal yoga classes wherein you practice the sequence for that specific class. Rather, this class is about you and me getting to know your injuries, and then performing proper yoga exercises and movements that address your situation and bring you back to health.
You will need to practice the techniques that you learn in this class in order to improve your situation. Otherwise, you will either remain in an inpaired state or heal much slower. Your recovery is much more effective if you commit to a routine that addresses your situation on a consistent basis.
The classroom setup will see me working with up to 4 different people in the class. I will give you exercises, poses, and movements to perform while I am working with someone else.
Bring a notepad and a pen to write down your program for your personal use and home practice.
